Sharakhmatova Anora was born on October 19, 1994, in the Bustonliq district of Tashkent region. In 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Pskov State University (Russian Federation), and in 2021, she completed her Master’s degree at Kazan Federal University in the field of Psychological and Pedagogical Education. Since September 2021, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy of Chirchik State Pedagogical University.
During her Master’s studies, she defended a dissertation on the topic: “Psychological Adaptation and Acculturation Predictors of International Students from Central Asia.” Currently, she is an independent researcher at the Department of Pedagogy and is conducting a scientific study on the topic: “Improving the Psychological and Pedagogical Mechanisms of Students’ Adaptation to the Credit-Modular System” as part of her PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) dissertation in pedagogical sciences.

Her current research interests focus on analyzing the theoretical and methodological foundations of students’ pedagogical and psychological adaptation to higher education institutions, with particular emphasis on identifying individual psychological traits and abilities that contribute to successful adaptation processes.
