Yung Leyli was born on January 3, 1999 in Bostanlyk district, Tashkent region. Nationality Uzbek. Citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Graduated from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami in 2021 (bachelor's degree), from Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami in 2023 (master's degree), is a teacher-researcher by specialty. Since September 4, 2023, she has been a teacher of the "General Pedagogy" department of the Faculty of Pedagogy; since September 9, 2024, she has been working as a teacher of the "Pedagogy" department.
Yung Leyli Rustam qizi defended her master's thesis on the topic "Совершенствование технологии интернет-тестирования базы знаний студентов педагогических ВУЗов" at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University in 2023. She is currently conducting scientific research on the topic "Адаптивно-педагогические технологии подготовки будущих педагогов к инклюзивному образованию". During her career, she has published about 20 scientific articles and theses, 2 textbooks.
